Xinjiang- Recently, No.2 unit commissioning succeeded at carbon dioxide compressor workshop section of Xinjiang Group’s purification workshop. The carbon dioxide compressor workshop section of purification workshop provides 6MP carbon dioxide gas for the coal lock of gasification workshop. As carbon dioxide compressor is large moving equipment and features high power and pressure, improper operation is easily to cause unit damage and serious accident. Therefore, the workshop has developed detailed commissioning plan. The staff of the workshop repeatedly had inspection to pressure and temperature of circulating water, oil level of lubricant, and current and temperature of oil motor.
     Since the whole plant has not been in fully commissioning, low-temperature Rectisol temporarily is unable to provide required carbon dioxide gas. The workshop conducts trail operation with the low-pressure nitrogen gas provided by air separator as media and transmits the compressed gas to the gasifier.
     Currently No. 2 unit has been in normal operation for several days in a row, purification workshop has conducted debugging to other units as planned, striving for an early commissioning and bigger contribution to the plant’s production.
