Beijing, April 25 (China Kingho News, Wang Yuan)-China Kingho Group held workshop on “Coking Project Transformation and Upgrading Solution”, experts from national coal chemical design & technology centers and Coking Project Department of Sedin Engineering Co., Ltd. were invited to attend the workshop. Chairman, Huo Qinghua, Li Chuanrui, Director of Chairman’s Office and major leaders of subsidiaries also attended the meeting, the workshop was organized by Kingho Group’s Planning & Development Dept.
    It was agreed on the workshop that the business situation of coking industry is grim subject to high prices of upstream coal raw materials and weak downstream market demand, which threatens the survival of coking factories, therefore, transformation and upgrading of coking project is an inevitable choice for the industry.
    All participants accepted unanimously that technologies such as transformation of metallurgical coke into Gasified coke and coke gasification have been matured and they described the technique used in coking project transformation and upgrading solution as feasible, however, the product development and cost effectiveness shall be further substantiated based on company source, product market and sales, etc.

    At the end of the workshop, key activities regarding the coking project transformation and upgrading in the next stage were deployed.
